In-person appointments are held in Brentwood, California at Well People Integrative Healing Center, which is a collective space of independently practicing professionals who support holistic care. In this space, you will find practitioners who offer acupuncture, reiki, functional medicine, and other holistic services.


Walk and Talk Therapy on the Beach

With in-person appointments located in Brentwood, there is easy access to beaches. If suitable for a client’s needs, the beach can be a preferred location to engage in therapy. Walk and talk therapy appointments on the beach are offered to combine the benefits of movement, nature, and therapy. The natural setting can encourage openness and perspective, connection to the present moment and self, and help people feel more grounded.
